Clay: “Riverwalk at Websters Landing”

Riverwalk at Websters Landing features our specially designed model home for the Parade of Homes 2012. It is located in the Central Square school district. A beautiful community offering 100+ acres of walkimg trail preserve that has been created by the Environmental School of Forestry (SUNY ESF).  The preserve will be owned and stewarded by the Central New York Land Trust.  This unique forested preserve will access the Oneida River & 5 acres of river side land owned by the State of New York. From Syracuse, take Route 690 West to Exit 5, turn left on State Fair Blvd and right onto Lakeside Road to the end, turn right onto Winchell Road, Timber Hills just ahead on right.

From Baldwinsville, take Route 690 East to Exit 5, turn right on State Fair Blvd, left on Lakeside Road to the end, turn right onto Winchell Road, Timber Hills just ahead on right.

From the 4 corners of Fairmount, go west on Warners Road to right on Airport Road which becomes Van Buren Road, then bear right on Winchell Road & go 1.3 miles to Timber Hills on the right-hand side.
